Compensation may be up to 15% of deal profit only for the individual who both sources/finds and closes the deal. Compensation is not guaranteed. Research or administrative work has no payout, and there is no split when different people find and close.

Closing activity must comply with applicable licensing and legal requirements. This role does not authorize unlicensed closing.
